family hotel with family atmosphere, it has great location in the middle of jackson. having coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a seating area in our well-equipped room. the staff are very attentive people. thank you for an amazing stay.

The bathroom lacked a shower curtain, leading to a flooded floor!!! The noise from the neighbors was incessant!!! A bit more soundproofing would enhance the experience!!!

The area around this hotel is perfect for walking, as you can easily reach the fine Palace of Fine Arts, just over 2 km away, and enjoy a relaxing day in the nearby parks, making my stay just that much better.

The room had fantastic amenities like a washer and dryer. Little touches like ear plugs and laundry tablets. I really enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful atmosphere and taking advantage of the cozy kitchen setup. The only minor downside was the portable fan being a bit noisy at night, but it didn't ruin my time at all 😊

The tram stop nearby made it easy to get around, and having Whole Foods close by was super convenient for grabbing groceries. The noise from neighboring units was a consistent issue. I could hear conversations and even late-night TV shows from next door. It made getting restful sleep a challenge. The shower setup could also improve-without curtains, it resulted in a wet bathroom floor each time. I enjoyed the amenities, but the thin walls really detracted from the overall experience.

This place has a great location, just 2 miles from an East - West Street, 25 minutes drive from the airport, nestled in the middle of jackson, with cozy and incredibly comfortable rooms.

I recently stayed at Kasa the Addison for a relaxing getaway. the location was perfect, and the backyard added a lovely touch. the bed was extra comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for my needs. the modern interiors and bathroom upgrades were a nice touch. the virtual front desk service was efficient and kind, making me feel well-taken care of.
